Convicted Coaching

Build a life that agrees with what you believe.

Define the convictions that determine where you are going and develop the constitution required to carry them there.

Convicted Coaching is a structured process for examining the beliefs shaping your decisions, identifying where your life is out of alignment, and practicing change with intention.

The coaching experience is organized into four seasons. Begin with the Season 1 introduction, then apply for coaching when you are ready. The introduction opens the door to the 13-week season.

When Convictions Are Undefined Life Defines Them For You.

02 / 13

The Problem

Most people don’t lack motivation. They lack conviction.

And conviction alone is not enough.

You may know where you’re called to go and still lack the constitution required to carry the weight, withstand the terrain, and remain who you intended to be along the way.

03 / 13

The Declaration

Convicted Coaching exists to help people define the convictions that determine where they are going and develop the constitution required to carry them there.

04 / 13

The Fitt Framework

Bodyfitt:

Movement - Nutrition - Recovery

Belieffitt:

Faith - Identity - Response

Businessfitt:

Marriage - Ministry - Marketplace

These are not separate pursuits. Together, they reveal the constitution from which you live.

05 / 13

The Architecture

Commission

Awareness Discover what you are actually called to carry.

Conviction

Alignment Define the convictions that govern how you live.

Constitution

Execution Build the capacity and structure required to carry your commission.

06 / 13

The Imbalance

Commission

Direction Commission without conviction produces drift.

Conviction

Resolve Conviction without constitution produces unsustainable success.

Constitution

Capacity Constitution without commission produces capability without purpose.

07 / 13

Who It’S For?

Leaders. Entrepreneurs. Professionals.

Individuals unwilling to settle for drift.

Some know exactly where they are going but are not living in alignment with it.

Others have achieved what they once believed they were called to achieve and discovered success did not answer the questions they expected it to.

Still others are carrying more externally than their internal constitution can sustainably support.

Because the presenting problem is rarely the defining problem.

08 / 13

The Constitution

Commission determines the mountain you’re called to climb.

Conviction determines whether you are willing to climb it.

Constitution determines what you can carry along the way.

The objective is not to reach the mountaintop. It is to build the constitution capable of navigating the valleys between them.

09 / 13

Begin The Work

What is currently defining your life... ...that you’ve never intentionally chosen?

SEASON 1 BEGINS HERE.

10 / 13

The Season 13 Weeks

ONE QUARTER TURN

A lifestyle is rarely transformed all at once. It changes one decision, one behavior, one conviction at a time.

Season 1 is designed as a 13-week developmental arc. Each week builds upon the work that came before it. Some weeks will produce answers. Others will produce better questions. Both matter.

The work is intentionally sequential. Resist the temptation to rush ahead, solve everything at once, or arrive at conclusions before you’ve done the work required to uncover them.

11 / 13

The Season 13 Weeks

REVELATION PRECEDES TRANSFORMATION

The objective of Season 1 is not simply to know more about yourself. It is to see more clearly what has been shaping you, determine what deserves to continue shaping you, and begin intentionally building your constitution so you can handle what comes next.

12 / 13

How To Approach The Work ...

Be Honest

The value of this process will never exceed the honesty you bring to it. Don’t answer how you believe you should answer. Start with what is actually true.

Be Present

Do the work in front of you. Don’t race ahead looking for the destination. Each part of the process is designed to inform what follows.

Be Willing

Some discoveries will affirm what you already know. Others may challenge the stories, assumptions, habits, and conclusions you’ve carried for years. Curiosity is more useful here than defensiveness.

Be Responsible

Coaching can reveal, challenge, question, and equip. It cannot execute for you. Transformation requires ownership of what you discover and what you choose to do with it.

13 / 13

How To Approach The Work ...

YOU DON’T NEED TO KNOW WHERE THIS SEASON ENDS.

YOU NEED TO BE WILLING TO TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT WHERE IT BEGINS.

The next step

Begin with honesty.

Bring what you have discovered into the conversation.

Later seasons open through your coaching progression.
